A 16 year old male came to the opd with complaints of :
•fever since 4 days, intermittent,low grade not associated with chills and relieved on medication.
•Pain abdomen generalized since 4 days which is intermittent and of squeezing type
•vomitings 2 episodes non bilious,non projectile associated with nausea
No H/o rashes, burning micturition, hematuria,hematemesis,melena
Past history:
No h/o DM,HTN,TB,CVA,CAD,Asthma
Personal history:
Appetite-normal
Diet-mixed
Bowel and bladder movements-regular
Addictions-none
Family history:
No family h/o DM,HTN,TB,CVA,CAD,Asthma

On Examination patient is conscious, coherent and cooperative
No pallor, icterus,cyanosis, clubbing, lymphadenopathy,edema
