A 45 year old male came to opd with complaints of fever since 4 days,high grade associated with chills and relieved on medication and got subsided.
He also complaints of generalized body pains and headache
He has no h/o cold,cough
No h/o vomitings,loose stools 
No other complaints

Past history:
He has no h/o HTN,DM,TB,CVA,CAD,Asthma
No h/o similar complaints in the past

Personal history:
Appetite-normal
Diet:mixed
Bowel and bladder movements-regular
Occasionally takes alcohol

Family history:
No h/0 HTN,DM,TB,CVA,CAD,Asthma in the family

On examination patient is conscious, coherent and cooperative

No pallor,icterus,cyanosis, clubbing, lymphadenopathy,edema
