Past history:He went to hospital as he had fever and was diagnosed to have Hypertension 5 months back . Underwent surgery for intestinal perforation 2 yrs ago. History of present illness: She was apparently asymptomatic 10 years ago, then she developed a dulling aching type of pain and stiffness in her finger joints(Metacarpo-phalangeal joints-MCP) of right hand with limitations of movements at the joints.
